Joseph Matos is the Director of Marketing, Branding, Communications and Creative Development for IMPACT. Joseph is a multi-award winning advertising and marketing executive who has successfully led the advertising and marketing efforts for fortune 500 brands. Prior to joining IMPACT, he was one of the pioneers in the multicultural advertising movement that is now a foundation for many global advertisers and organizations. He has served in various capacities in his career ranging from Creative Director to Chief Creative Marketing Officer. His advertising, marketing, communications, digital, and interactive brand experience to name a few include Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, Kraft, Toyota, Alka-Seltzer, Verizon, HBO, Reebok, Gatorade, Burger King, Colgate-Palmolive, USPS, Milk, and Donate Life Maryland where he created the memorable “Hero” campaign that continues to be used today.
Joseph graduated from the prestigious High School of Art & Design in New York City and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the City College of New York.
